This is real client work — a project delivered for MapsComm, an exhibition and trade-show company running events across India for major brands.

The problem

Every year, MapsComm runs exhibitions across India for major brands — and every year, the lead follow-up that turns those events into revenue was stuck in the past: spreadsheets, manual emails, and opportunities missed in the gap between one year’s show and the next.

What we built

An automation that captures the leads from each exhibition and then, on its own, runs targeted email sequences in the months leading up to the following year’s event. The work that used to take the team months of manual effort now runs in the background, every year, without them touching it.
